Administrative and Security Features


The DGEM system includes an administrative section to allow maximum control and security for DGEM functions. These features enable large scale users to effectively manage all client accounts on the DGEM system by supplying the tools needed to control the security and access needs for multiple DGEM users. Administrative functions include the following:


  • Create users and user groups with access options for each
  • Add and delete Users
  • Control security passwords and logins
  • Set access options to select DGEM functions

DGEM Reliability and Backup


The DGEM system has full backup and disaster recovery procedures in place. Should a disaster occur, the DGEM server, containing all documents and programs, is restored to an alternate server in a few hours. This server is backed up daily in three locations. A copy is maintained by Rackspace, our web server company. A copy is also held at Amazon and on a machine in our office. In addition, we save weekly backups.
