Case/Plan Information

Maintain a detailed inventory of all your clients and cases, including plan dates, case status, plan document information, contact attachments and staff assignments.

Project Management

Track due and completion dates for separate workflow projects such as valuations and terminations. For each case, you can have multiple projects in work simultaneously. And AIM automatically schedules new projects as appropriate. For example, AIM schedules valuation projects annually or as often as specified. You can also create custom projects.

Contact Management

Maintain the names and addresses of all people associated with your cases. AIM attaches contacts to cases in various relationships, such as attorneys and trustees. You can attach each person to multiple cases, eliminating redundant data entry.

Reports

Generate an extensive selection of reports for listing cases and contacts by various criteria, detailing uncompleted items nearing deadlines and summarizing case distribution. You can also create custom reports and add them to the system.
