Create documents for the master MEP or PEP plan. Then, with just a couple of clicks, copy that plan to each adopting employer.
If you need to make any changes to the master plan after you have created the adopting employer’s plans, you can quickly and easily push the changes out to the applicable adopting employer’s plans.
Produce a List of Modifications that specifies just the specific changes made to an adopting employer’s plan, or a customized adoption agreement that overlays the adopting employer’s elections over those in the master plan.
The system automatically builds an SPD and Plan Summary, tailored for each adopting employer
Amendments to the master plan can be easily pushed out to all or a specific group of adopting employers
Amendments to the adopting employer’s plans can be done in batch based on either changes made to the master or changes that are different from the master.
Differences between the master and adopting employer’s elections are watermarked in the adopting employer’s online checklist for easy identification.
Cycle restatements are a breeze with ASC’s MEP and PEP Processing! Simply restate the master and all adopting employer’s plans are simultaneously restated.
- Make any needed changes to the master plan and then use the “Update Adopting Plans from Master” feature to push those changes to the adopting ERs.
- Additional changes to adopting employer’s plans may be made individually or in batch. (E.g., add Roth/In-Plan Roth Conversions to all plans that did not previously offer it; add QBADs to a select group of plans, etc.)
- All prior changes made to the adopting employer’s plans carry over to the new restated plan with no additional updates required!
