Conquering Challenges On and Off the Road
This wasn’t just a casual bike ride; it was a testament to Andrea’s exceptional character. Tackling a challenge like the Triple Bypass, especially after having back surgery just six months prior, requires immense dedication, commitment, and hard work. As Andrea herself put it, “The views along the way and at the top were definitely worth the work to get there.” Her ability to push through the physical demands, particularly on the longest climb of Loveland Pass, highlights her incredible focus and resilience.
These same qualities are evident in Andrea’s role at ASC. With her ERPA and QPA credentials, a double major in Business Communications and Business Administration, and her self-described “good eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and customer-focused with a can-do attitude,” Andrea consistently applies a goal-oriented approach to her work. She excels at answering support questions, updating document forms, contributing to DGEM system enhancements including document conversions. She also collaborates with the larger ASC Plan Document Team to create pre-approved plan documents and interim amendments, all of which require the same persistence she demonstrated on the mountains.
Beyond her professional achievements and impressive athletic feats, Andrea is also a devoted wife and mother. She shares her life with her husband, Mike, and their eleven-year-old daughter, Lorelei. Together with their yellow lab, Davis-Bacon, they enjoy family activities like hiking, camping, volunteering in the community, attending local musicals and sporting events, demonstrating Andrea’s ability to balance her diverse passions and responsibilities.
Andrea’s accomplishment on the Triple Bypass perfectly reflects the can-do spirit of our entire ASC team. We’re incredibly fortunate to have such a determined and capable individual contributing to our success.
