2016 FORMS
- 5500 and 5500SF FORMS have been available on DGEM since January 1, 2017.
- If you have any 2016 filings created on the 2015 form versions, they have been converted to the 2016 form versions.
- Form 5500EZ and 8955-SSA are available now on DGEM.
UPDATES
- The IRS and DOL recently announced the IRS Compliance questions SHOULD NOT be answered on the 2016 Form 5500; Schedules H, I and R; Form 5500SF; and Form 5500EZ. The checklists have been modified removing those IRS Compliance questions.
- The IRS expects that the IRS Compliance questions will not be included in the 2017 Form 5500-EZ.
- Box D of Part I has been added for filers filing a delinquent 2016 Form 5500-EZ under the IRS Late Filer Penalty Relief Program.
